Update: According to the NOC, the BCN circuit and ParkviewSD's went down at
11:30. As of right now Parkview is back up but BCN says "Frontier is
still working on the OregonSD interface at the OregonCO."

The district's primary Internet connection is down, so we are operating on our secondary connection, which is only 30 Mbps instead of 100Mbps. We are looking into the situation and will post an update here when we have news to share.
